Nutrition During Pregnancy: Nourish Your Body and Baby

Eating well during pregnancy is one of the best ways to support your growing baby. Proper nutrition helps in the healthy development of your little one and keeps you feeling strong and energized. Here are some essential guidelines for a balanced pregnancy diet:

1. Prioritize Prenatal Vitamins
Folic acid, iron, and calcium are crucial during pregnancy. Take a prenatal vitamin daily as recommended by your healthcare provider to ensure you meet your nutrient needs.

2. Eat a Balanced Diet
Include a variety of foods from all food groups:
